Best meal, I have had in Ireland, in 9 years of living here and I live in Dublin, so I have a plethora of restaurants to go to. The standard of cooking and service was exceptional and I have ate in a lot of \"gourmet\" type establishments in Lyon and various other gastronomic centres in France, so would consider myself reasonably knowledgeable about food...!
