Eating out in Carrick on Shannon

The Landmark Hotel does a great evening meal. I ate there over the week-end. I had prawns for starter and sea bass for main course. Very impressive. My friend was equally impressed. Great to see good food with Irish ingredients. Will certainly be back. The setting is lovely, plus there is free parking.
