McWilliam Park Hotel restaurant is the ideal place to stop is you are visiting Knock Airport or Knock Shrine. The restaurant serves one of the best and most popular lunches in the West of Ireland. I try and get there any time I am on the N17 between Sligo and Galway. Always worth a visit.

This is the ideal restaurant for a quick meal on the Galway - Sligo N17 route. Very accessible and lots of parking space. The lunch menu offers something for everyone. I really enjoyed it. Looks like a popular spot.

We visited here for a wedding and stayed overnight. We got to compare the food from wedding meal, to breakfast and lunch the following day. The hotel is very professional with friendly staff. The wedding meal was excellent, serving approx 150 people. The breakfast next morning, was very welcome after a late night. Again the food was fresh and hot. For lunch we noticed a considerable number of locals, which is always a good sign. The lunch menu was extensive, which would suggest a popular lunch venue. Being on the N17, it is ideally located for a quick stop off. Overall, very impressed and would certainly go back.

Wonderful lunch menu. Great selection and well priced. I was surprised that there were not more people there. It was a beautiful day, so maybe people decided to stay outdoors. Very easy to find, just off the N17 on the northern side of Claremorris. Ideal stop-off for those going to Knock.
