Ryans Restaurant in Cong

Cong is one of my favorite towns in Ireland. We had a walk through the grounds of Ashford Castle, stopped for a drink in Danaghers (of Quiet Man fame). We then went to Ryans Hotel to eat. The own / chef used to be a chef at Ashford, so that explains why the food is so good. The meal was wonderful, with a good selection of starters and main courses. The menu is really well priced. We were not able for dessert, but overall the meal was top quality. We will be back again.

Had dinner here a few weeks ago. Really good food, friendly staff and overall a very good restaurant, highly recommended.
