For a evening out with a difference, try the MV Cill Airne restaurant on the River Liffey. It is located near the IFSC. Like being on one of the floating restaurants in Paris. Wonderful experience. The food, atmosphere and service is exceptional. Not the cheapest place in town, but one you will remember.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Dublin City. I use it for businesses lunches. Always very impressive. If you want to impress a client or customer, the Cill Airne restaurant on the River Liffey is the place to bring them. Never disappoints.

MV Cill Airne River Boat Restaurant the Quay 16 Restaurant on this floating restaurant is a real treat. We had our Christmas party there and everyone really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is really unique in this restaurant. There were ten of us and we ordered from a set festive menu. I would certainly recommend the Quay 16 restaurant on the MV Cill Airne if you are looking for something a little different. Best night in a long time.

A bit pricey, but the food is excellent. Well worth a visit, or for a special occasion. The setting must be the best in Dublin. The staff are top class. It should be popular for business lunches, as the ambiance is top class. It you want to treat someone special, this is the spot. The walk along the River Liffey is great afterwards. Joe.
I had heard so much about Cill Airne that I decide to take my mum there. Great spot, but too expensive in those times of reduced prices. My mum loved it. A great spot for mothers day, to treat someone special. You wont be disappointed, but they should look at the prices.
If you want a lunch with a difference, this is the place to go. I went there for a business lunch and the atmosphere was so different to the crowded restaurants that do lunch. This is a place I would bring people back to. The staff are very professional. Well done....

I work closeby and had no idea that it was a restaurant until a friend suggested we go there for a drink one evening. We ended up staying for dinner. This is really one of the hidden treasures in Dublin. They should do more to promote it. If it was in Paris, people would rave about it. I imagine it must be popular for theater people and those heading for the O2 as it is just a few minutes away.

I was taken here for lunch by a few friends. I was fab, best treat ever. I had the tuna melt and I must say it was as good as anything I have ever had. The day was beautiful and the setting is the best in Dublin. Really recommend it.

I go there for a few jars and a snack with a few friends once a month. It is the most relaxing bar in town. The food is great and the crew are very friendly. We always look forward to this.
