We were given a table downstairs as requested. Subdued lighting and couches made it very comfortable. Plenty on offer on their menu at a range of prices. For a starter I went for a plate of pitta bread, dips, olives and roasted vegetables...beautiful! My friend had the nachos covered in melted cheese, salsa and jalapeños which were very tasty!
For mains i had the confit of duck and my friend has the chicken, asparagus, chorizo and roasted potatoes, in a red wine sauce, beautiful!!w Not a huge amount in mains portion which I had but it really was fine for what we paid. House white wine washes the meals down just nicely, and all at a very reasonable price. Service was friendly and efficient, would definitly drop back in there again. Great part of town with excellent neighbouring pubs.
