The driving force behind the quality and creativity of Crew’s cuisine are the chef’s Jane and Roisin Horsom, sisters who have worked in some of the finest kitchens in Ireland such as The Ship in Dunmore East and Marlfield House in Gorey. Indeed Roisin represented Ireland at the AEHT Gastro Cookery Competition in 2004, where she won the coveted Gold Medal.
Jane and Roisin have now brought together their unique talents and shared approach to cuisine, at Crew’s, a traditional family owned and run restaurant.
Their emphasis is on traditional, superior quality, seasonal ingredients from the locality, freshly prepared on the premises, presented with style and originality. |
