Duo of pork consisted of belly of pork and a sausage. I understood that "duo of pork" was loin and belly of pork. The belly of pork which I got was a lump of fat with a very thin streak of meat in the center. I mentioned this to the waitress and she what did I expect - it was belly of pork. No alternative meal was suggested or offered to me. My husband had sole which was satisfactory. On paying the bill we mentioned our dissatisfaction to a manager, she asked if I had been offered an alternative and we said no. The waitress interrupted and said she had- this was not true. There is a need for some staff training in attitude. While the room downstairs looks good, upstairs has not atmosphere and needs re-decoration. As the night was our 41st wedding anniversary we were most disappointed.
