Won't deliver to docks!!!

Really disappointed. Went to order online and they stated that they deliver to the city centre and beyond but my order was then rejected. I phoned them and they said that they deliver to the city centre but not the Docks, despite the fact that we are about 15 metres from Shop Street! How stupid is that? Very unimpressed.
