Lovely atmosphere

Superb atmosphere in refined surroundings. There is an airy lounge downstairs to enjoy pre-dinner drinks.
Be prepared to climb a lot of steps both up to the main entrance and within the building. When we were there the lift was out of order. Enjoyed a very nice meal in rarified surroundings, marred only by the main course of duck being as tough as old boots. Despite that, a very pleasant evening was passed. Staff are great - very natural and welcoming.
