I recently had to arrange a business meeting in the Kildare area. A friend suggested the Derby House Hotel in Kildate. He had been at a wedding there and was impressed. We met mid morning and decided to have lunch in the restaurant. I must say the Derby House has one of the best lunch restaurants in Kildare. The choice was excellent, but more important the food was top quality. Looks like we will be meeting there again, largely because of the restaurant facilities. The staff were helpful and courteous. Looks like they were trained to appreciate the business. Very impressed.
