We left Eire two years ago, and I've forgotten many things, but I still remember our dinner at Jola's. Simply put, it was the most remarkable dining atmosphere I've ever experienced, with the cavernous feel from tall shale walls, soft lighting, and warm hearth.

When a young lady came to our table to ask how everything was, I knew instinctively that it was Jola herself -- she truly cares about the excellence of her establishment. I appreciate that kind of commitment, and I'm here (nearly three years later) just to say "Thanks".
