Being Coeliac is quite hard when all you want is a lovely, freshly made pizza but not when you go to Pregos. Even the siimple margarita pizza is so good with their special sauce, The staff are week trained and the pizza is cooked in a separate dish to avoid cross contamination. It is a must for all coeliacs, I have yet to be dissapointed. monica d
