Lunch in Tuam

We went to the Ard Ri House Hotel in Tuam last Sunday afternoon for lunch. We ate in the bar. We had the most wonderful chicken goujons and chips, with side salad for less than 9 euro each. The food was hot and the chicken was fresh - not the frozen stuff. The bar was busy with lots of people watching the football on the large screen. Great atmosphere and everything done very professionally. Very impressed.

I am a regular traveler up and down the N17. One of my favourite place for lunch is the Ard Ri Hotel in Tuam. Free and easy parking just outside the door. Plenty of space inside. A great place to meet people. The bar menu is always excellent, with plenty of choice and food hot and well presented. As good as you get for lunch in the area.

The Ard Ri Hotel on the N17 just north of Tuam is a very convenient place to stop for a bite to eat. Lunch is generally very good. The check-out is always a bit slow, but food is top quality. Loads of space for a business lunch. Overall, very good.

Great spot for lunch. Very accessible on N17. Food well priced. Only complaint is that it takes too long to get seated after you get your food. Cashier should be much quicker.

I pass through Tuam regularly and the Ard Ri Hotel is conveniently located on N17.
The bar menu was excellent with a great choice and well priced. Service was quick and friendly.
There were a few locals having a pint which is always a good sign of a hotel. I was back on the road in 30 minutes.
I will definitely go back.
