I & 5 of my family visited sol rio last weekend. We were seated upstairs beside two hen parties - they were loud, unruly, and mad us feel so uncomfortable. Food was ok - I asked for chips - never recieved them and service was very slow - waiting 20 - 25 minutes inbetween courses. We eventually got moved to lower floor. everyone complaining about noise upstairs and they were not asked to leave. three more people had to be moved downstairs as well. No compensation given off final bill and it ruined our night. sol rio are accomodating hen parties before it's other customers!!! it was the worst night out in a long time.
This is one of the top restaurants in Westport. The menu is wide ranging and food is always fresh and beautifully presented. Sol Rio Restaurant is a bit expensive, but you will not be disappointed.
