- 1/2 medium cup of chopped cucumber
- 1/2 medium cup of chopped red bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Place all of the ingredients in the blender, blend for a total of 3 minutes. Pour into a jug and chill for around 30 mins. When ready to serve pour into glass and enjoy. |
