-500 g cooked shrimp
-1 Box bamboo shoots
-4 Chinese mushrooms
-1 Cuill. tablespoons sesame oil
-1 Cuill. tablespoons cornstarch
-3 Cuill. tablespoons soy sauce
- wonton dough (leaves pulp ravioli)
- salt, pepper

Drain the bamboo shoots and chop the mushrooms.
In a bowl mix all, adding sesame oil, cornstarch, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix again. Put the stuffing in the refrigerator.
Spread and cut the dough into squares wonton 4 to 5 centimeters aside. Add 1 tablespoon each of farce and flip the dough into the pressing with the hand to properly enclose the stuffing.
Place the won ton on the part of a perforated steam cooked. Put hot water in the lower part. Boil 8 to 10 minutes. Serve hot.
