  CALIFORNIA ROLL

Ingredients:
- 300gr rice sushi vinaigré
- 2 sheets of nori
- 100gr sticks Surimi
- Avocado
- Cucumber

Preparation of sushi

The following recipe is valid for both conventional and sushi for sushi reversed.

Ingredients:

- 300gr rice sushi
- 2 sheets of nori
- 200gr eel (unagi)
- Cucumber

Preparation of sushi

Prepare a Unagi sushi is very simple. It is a classic sushi or reversed containing eel (unagi), and slices of cucumber. Some love their unagi-sushi with eel fry and other, with raw eel, you decide!

Spread the cooked rice on top of the sheet of nori. Place slices of cucumber and make lines with slices of eel. Roll and cut.

Make sure all ingredients are of equal size, and roll. Then, to decorate, sprinkle the top of sushi with sesame seeds (black or white).
