- 4 small packets of special yaki soba noodles, fresh (about 100g package of noodles cooked)
- 150g thin strips of pork
- 1 package of seeds of soya (about 200g)
- 1 carrot
- A few sheets of Chinese cabbage
- Salt, pepper
- Yaki soba sauce
- A tablespoon of oil
- A little water

Cut cabbage and carrots. Fry in oil. Add a little water if needed. Add pork and soybean sprouts, cover and simmer a few minutes, until pieces are cooked pork and vegetables tender but still slightly crisp. Then add the noodles and seasoning. Mix noodles with vegetables, cook a few minutes for them to be heated through and serve.
