 Chinese Beef Chop suey

- 4 large carrots
- 2 small zucchini
- 1 small cauliflower
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1k500 meat
PREPARATION
cut carrots,cauliflower and zucchini into very thin slices, peppers into small cubes,
meat into small piece.
take a wok or frying pan and put 1/2 litre of oil to heat.
Once the hot oil, putting the value of a share of vegetables and meat in oil and let fry 2 to 3 minutes
remove with a skimmer and so forth
accompany with rice. |
