 Japanese Okonomiyaki (Japanese pizza)

Ingredients :
- 1 cup of flour around
- 2 cups of Chinese cabbage (pak choi) 400 g
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 4 or 5 dried fragrant mushrooms
- 1 slice of ham or 150 grams of shrimp
Preparation:
Put the mushrooms to soak in hot water until they are rehydrated.
Mix flour with water gradually so as not to make lumps, add the eggs you've beaten before. Add the cabbage, cut into strips, ham or shrimp cut into small pieces. Drain the mushrooms, cut into pieces and add them to the preparation.
Oil a stove and do a little heat (medium heat). Pour and spread preparation in the pan, cook about 8 to 10 minutes on each side and eat together with a green salad. |
