- 500 ml of jasmine rice
- 375 ml of cold water


1. Wash three times the rice in warm water and then drain.

2. Add water. Bring to a boil uncovered in a small saucepan.

3. Cover and cook over medium intensity of the heat for 5 minutes and then a low intensity for 15 minutes.
