 Chinese Sweet & Sour Pork

Ingredients
-300g spine of pork or pork loin
-1 CS of cornflour
For the sauce
-1/2 onion
- 1/2 to 1cc ginger powder (or a small piece of fresh ginger)
- 1 tomato, peeled, cut into small dice
- 1cc oil
- 2cs soy sauce
- 1cs of rice vinegar (or white vinegar)
- 1cc sugar
- 1 little pepper puree (gout)
- 10cl chicken broth (or 10 cl water + 1 / 2 cube of bouillon)
- 2cs white wine
- 1cc of cornflour
Preparation
Prepare the sauce:
In a pan, stir fry onion, cut into cubes end, add ginger and stir fry 1 minute.
add the tomato, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, broth, white wine, peppers and mashed potato délayée in a little water.
leave a few minutes on the fire
Cut meat into thin strips, roll them in the cornflour.
Heat a wok or a skillet with a little oil and enter the strips of pork ten minutes turning
hen the pork is cooked, pour the sauce, let it warm and serve with rice. |
