- 600g beef sliced thinly
- 1 large minced onion
- ¼ chopped carrots
- 8 C. tablespoons soy sauce
- 5 C. tablespoons juice pear
- 5 C. tablespoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 C. tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 C. tablespoons of sesame grain
- 1 C. tablespoons sesame oil
- ½ C. tablespoon pepper


- Cut the beef into slices, then cut into small pieces slide.

- Mix all ingredients in a bowl

- Allow marinier the strips of beef in the bowl for 15min.

- Cook the stove without adding oil
