- 600 g of beef taken in the entrecôte
- Leaves of celery
- 2 C. tablespoons oil nuts or sunflower
- 1 C. tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 C. soup Chinese light soy sauce
- 2 C. soup Chinese dark soy sauce
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 C. tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- Black pepper

Preparation :

Crop the beef in tranches of 5 mm; then cut piece of 2.5 cm (5 mm);
Mix the two soy sauce, shallots, garlic, ginger, pepper and sesame oil;
wet strips of beef this device and let marinate for 15 min.;
add the celery leaves;
brushing the barbecue grill with oil nuts; what is expected hot and grilling beef 1 min. on each side.
