- 450 to 900 grams (1lb to 2 lbs) of Chinese egg noodles
- 250 grams (1 / 2 pounds) peeled shrimp
- 2 carrots, 3 branches of broccoli, or cai Bai (Chinese white cabbage),
- 2 celery stalks, red pepper, onion, all chopped
- 1 clove garlic, a piece of ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- pepper


--Mix in a bowl, ¼ cup water (65 ml) + 1 tablespoon oyster sauce + 2 tablespoons soy sauce +1 tablespoon cornstarch or cassava
Note: Increase the amount of water and oyster sauce to have more sauce.


-- Cook the noodles "al dente" in boiling water (as stated on the package). Drain
-- Heat the oil in the Wok. Add garlic, ginger, carrots, broccoli, céléris, onion, and stir fry. Add the shrimp turn frequently mixture and cook 3 minutes.Versez sauce, then add the noodles. Stir and cook 2 minutes.
