-250 G chicken farmer
-3 Tablespoons soy sauce
-1 Tablespoon sake
-1 Tablespoon of Mirin (Japanese vinegar)
-1 Teaspoon sugar
-1 Teaspoon fresh ginger juice
-3 Tablespoons sesame oil


Mix with ginger soy sauce, mirin, sake and sugar. Add the chicken to the sauce and mix well to coat meat. Cover with transparent film and let stand for 20 minutes.

Remove chicken from marinade and drain. Reserve the marinade. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry chicken over high heat until lightly golden. Sprinkle with the marinade. Simmer until chicken is cooked and sauce becomes sirupeuse.

You can serve accompanying rice and vegetables.
