- 4 large slices of spine rather thin
- Fish sauce pure (Nuoc mam)
- 1 clove minced garlic
- ½ tablespoon of pureed red peppers
- 1 tablespoon honey


In a dish, combine fish sauce (nuoc mam), chopped garlic, pureed peppers, honey, stir everything. Then lay the slices of échines. Let macerate overnight by changing the meaning ribs 2 to 3 times. Put in oven and then at the end of cooking to grill each side. Serve with white rice. Add a few slices of cucumber, a few carrots.
