 Vietnamese Bo bun

Ingredients:
- 4 slice of beef tenderloin
- 1 bag of rice vermicelli
- 1 handful of soybean seeds
- 2 grated carrots
- 1 cucumber sliced in half stick
- 4 nems
- Fish sauce (nuoc nam)
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 bunch mint
For the marinade:
- 1/2 lime juice
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- Sugar
- Coriander
- Soy sauce
- Citronella
Preparation:
Let marinate for 2 hours on raw beef with lemongrass, 1 tablespoon of pure nuoc mam, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, lemon juice and a pinch of sugar.
In a skillet, bring back beef. The meat should be barely cooked pepper.
Cook vermicelli.
The seeds of soybean, cucumber, carrots, lettuce, mint leaves and cilantro, noodles and rice over the meat.
Cut the nems previously warmed in the oven, into small sections and arrange them around the beef.
Pour 3 tablespoons of sauce nuoc mam.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons coffee crushed peanuts. |
