- 24 frog legs
- 3 tomatoes
- 4 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 10 cl dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Thyme, bay
- Salt, pepper


Remove the tip of frog legs, but it into the water and bring them to dry on paper towel. In a mixture of butter and olive oil, salt and brown the frog legs.
Chopped tomatoes to peel.
Remove the frog legs, minced shallots in the pan and add crushed tomatoes.
Drizzle with white wine and add the cloves of crushed garlic and herbs.
Allow to heat a dozen minutes and then add the thighs and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
