- 1 whole chicken
- 4 red peppers
- 1cuillère tablespoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 125 ml of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt


In a large bowl, mix red peppers and chopped, a tablespoon of paprika, 2 teaspoons oregano, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons tablespoons of olive oil.

Apply the mixture on any spicy chicken.

Cover and allow to 3 hours in refrigerator. Water again chicken from the marinade and place it in the oven.

Cook chicken about th without cover and basting regularly.
