- 250 G sugar
- 100 G butter
- 600 G flour
- 200 G crushed almonds, pine nuts and walnuts
- 150 G candied fruit and raisins
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 5 CL Porto
- 2 CL milk
- Juice and zest of an orange
- DL 1 beer


Add Butter into a pan and sprinkle with flour.

Cut fruits into small squares and place in the port with pine nuts, raisins, walnuts and almonds, juice and the zest of orange and beer.

Mix flour sugar and yeast, butter and milk.

Pour into mold the mixture and the mixture of candied fruit.

Cook over medium heat in your oven for about 50 minutes.
