  INGREDIENTS
1 chicken
8 green plantain bananas
1 bouquet garni
2 eggs
1 glass of dry white wine demi-sec
onions
salt, pepper

METHOD
Cut the raw chicken.
To parboiling pieces for 1/2 hour.
