  Ingredients:

750g beef
2 onions
2 Tomatoes
1/4 cabbage
5 large carrots
1 Maggi Cube
1 small box of tomato concentrate
3 glasses of water
Salt, garlic, oil

Preparation:

Fry meat cut into pieces, then add the chopped onions and tomatoes crushed. Add tomato concentrate and maggi cube with very little water and add. Also add carrots, cabbage and withdraw them when cooking rice. Pour the volume of water equivalent to the volume of rice. Wait until all begins to boil, then add the 3 glasses of rice before rinsed with water. Cook at low heat, cover, stirring occasionally so the rice cooks evenly. Serve hot.
