800 grams of bream
5 slices of fresh pineapple
half a lime
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 small red pepper
a little thyme and parsley
salt and pepper


Cut bream to 4 slices. Ask them in a larger container.
Chop onion, garlic clove, pepper, parsley and mix with thyme and lime juice. Add salt and pepper monks.
Sprinkle the slices of sea bream with your mixture. Let marinate in a cool place for 1 hour.
In the meantime, oil, salt and pepper the slices of pineapple. Move the oven for 5 minutes. Keep warm.
With the help of paper towel, wipe the slices of sea bream, the oil, salt and pepper them. Make the grill to cook for 4 minutes on each side.
We'll just have pieces of sea bream at the centre of your plates. Place on each side of the base pineapple slices.
Serve preferably with rice.
