 Spanish Rioja's Potatoes

Ingredients:
Garlic
Onion
Potatoes
Red Pepper
spice chorizo, ( optional chicken breast.)
Salt
back pepper
Laurel
Extra virgin olive oil.
Suggestion: Red Wine with this recipe.
Fried the onion and garlic, add the red pepper and then the chorizo ( chicken as well).
Peel the potatoes and cut in small pieces.
When everything is cooked, add the potatoes and put hot water, boil for about 1 hour or till the potatoes are soft.
