Irish Coffee

  - 1 oz.whisky
- 3 oz. of strong black coffee
- 2 teaspoons sugar cane
- 2 oz. cream liquid very cold

Pour the whiskey and sugar in a glass irish coffee (glass up) very hot.
Mix the sugar with whisky
Pour the hot coffee in the glass being careful not to mix with whisky. The stratum of whiskey and coffee should be very marked. In order not to mix liquids, it is sufficient to pay all gently on a spoon at the edge of the glass.
Beat the cream in chantilly not too firm
Pour a tablespoon of chantillys on coffee and serve
