Cappuccino

  -1/2 oz.de orange liqueur
- 1 to 2 tablespoons coffee freeze-dried coffee
- Powdered Sugar
- 10 tablespoonswhole milk
- 1 tablespoons fresh cream
- 1 tablespoonsCoffee Cocoa

In a large cup preheated, to dissolve coffee in 10 cl of very hot water. Add Sugar according to its taste. Cover.

In a saucepan, heat milk and cream over low heat to whisk until foamy, about 3 min: the preparation should not boil.

Pour gently on the coffee cup two-thirds of the previous preparation, then the rest of the surface with a spoon.

Poudrer cocoa and enjoy.
