 Frappe Coffee

250 ml of cold coffee
200 ml of milk
50 ml of liquid cream
2 C. tablespoon sugar
Mix sugar, milk and cream to dissolve the sugar. Pour the liquid into a flat container and put it in the freezer. Stir with a fork as soon as the milk begins to givrer. Repeat every 20 minutes until the consistency of a sorbet.
Fill 2 glasses of coffee and have a little milk iced over.
Serve with a spoon and possibly a little more sugar. |
