 Chamomile Tea

Chamomile is used medicinally against sore stomach, irritable bowel syndrome, and as a gentle sleep aid. It can also aid in the assistance of defecation. It can be taken as an herbal tea, two teaspoons of dried flower per cup of tea. For a sore stomach, some recommend taking a cup every morning without food for two to three months.
Ingredients:
3 tsp fresh ginger root, grated
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/16 tsp allspice
2 tsp chamomile
Combine everything except chamomile in water and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add chamomile. Steep for another 10 minutes. Strain out herbs and serve hot.
