This is a full- bodied blend of several types of black tea with light floral undertones. It has been said that when it is mixed with milk, it produces an aroma that is reminiscent of warm toast and honey. The surprising fact is that English Breakfast tea was actually invented in Edinburgh, Scotland by a tea merchant named Drysdale who simply called it Breakfast Tea.
Préparation:
1. Put a mug of water in the microwave for a minute.
2. Put the tea bag in for about 4 minutes
3. Put 2 tps cream or milk
4. Add a teaspoon of sugar or honey if desired
